Independent Candidate for Idaho’s U.S. Senate
Todd Achilles is an independent candidate for Idaho’s U.S. Senate seat. He teaches public policy at Boise State University, the College of Idaho, and UC Berkeley, and leads a statewide veterans organization. Todd grew up raising sheep on a family farm and served as a U.S. Army tank commander before building a successful career in business, holding executive roles at T-Mobile, Hewlett-Packard, and several start-ups.
In the Idaho House of Representatives, he earned respect as one of the legislature’s most bipartisan voices with a commitment to economic freedom. He introduced bills to raise the minimum wage, end non-compete agreements, and prohibit algorithmic price-fixing. In the 2025 session, Todd led the fight to protect absentee voting, citizen initiatives, and unions, while keeping guns out of schools, defending marriage equality, and protecting public education.
